Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the jewelry in its original presentation box and include all certificates of authenticity and documentation provided at the time of purchase.

  Secure Shipping

  Ship the item back to our Jerusalem studio using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of your handcrafted piece.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the condition of the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days to your original payment method.
